Sweet-Ski is more than just your average store. They innovate the customer experience to address the needs of their clients. Sweet-Ski complements the magic of Val d’Isère ski resort through their little extras, making a difference. Home delivery, chalet fittings, store privatisation. All these offers create exclusivity for their clients and the brand.

Since 2012, Merci has been creatively supporting the brand by providing film, photo shoots, web design, digital campaigns and even bespoke services such as signage and vehicle wrapping. Each aspect of our work designed to boost the brand’s reputation, establish its high-end image and build customer loyalty. In 2018 Merci took up the challenge of completely redesigning the Sweet-Ski website and developing brand new strategy orientated for social networks.


The brief

Develop high-quality stills that enhance the product offers and highlight the new services. Highlighting the brand through the digital spectrum while defining an editorial line for social communication channels.

The solution

Developed a fresh, ergonomic, modern and uncluttered website that focused attention on the brands’ leading products and innovative services. Merci implemented a booking module to facilitate the rental of ski equipment. To evolve their image and reflect the high-end brand positioning a new colour palette was created. Alongside the new web design Merci produced an integrated video loop on to the homepage to engage new visitors while introducing high quality visual content across all other aspects of the site.
